Formtek recently unveiled a new design for their Yoder 4-roll and 5-roll weld boxes. The new weld boxes offer an updated roll arrangement to improve longevity and ease of tooling changeover between sizes. The units are currently designed for mechanical tubing, pipe and structural up to 5.5” round, and shapes up to 6.5” tall, for welded roll form applications such as automotive frames. The new weld boxes are designed to be retrofitted to existing tube mills.
