Yoder has recently supplied a domestic flux cored weld wire manufacturer with a pull through raft set version of the QVW-150 mill. This specialized QVW-150 mill will replace a competitor’s pull through machine, while adding the benefits of interchangeable tooling with their existing Yoder M-1½ machines and greater vertical adjustment for more regrinds between tooling replacements. In addition, they will experience significantly improved changeover between sizes thanks to the cantilevered tooling arrangement, coupled with single-point adjustment on all vertical and horizontal forming stands.
