Stand Rebuilds from Yoder

Who is more qualified to rebuild your old, worn-out stands than the original builder of your mill? Yoder can rebuild your stands to like-new condition with a one-year new machine warranty on every rebuilt stand. Our complete in-house manufacturing facility and in-stock parts program means we can keep rebuild costs down and provide speedy return on your stands. Contact us with your mill serial number, located on a tag at the entry end of the mill base (also stamped on the top base plate on the operator’s side of the mill). Using your serial number, we can original drawings and BOM to evaluate the rebuild your stand to original factory specifications. Get an estimate over the phone, or send us your stands so we can inspect them and give you a “not-to-exceed” price and delivery date. Then just give us your purchase order number or ask us to ship the stands (as is, disassembled) back to you at no cost other than freight.
With your approval, we will reassemble the units with new parts, parallel the shafts, set the shoulders and grease the units. Our paint shop will repaint the unit to match your standard color. All replaced parts are returned to you with your rebuilt stands (unless you authorize us to scrap the parts). Your stands arrive back at your plant in like-new condition (including a one-year new machine warranty). Your invoice will reflect only the time and materials used, which in no case will be more than the “not-to-exceed” price quoted to you. It’s important to keep your mill in top condition to produce consistent, quality product. Rebuilding the stands can help you maintain tight tolerances and can prolong the life of your tooling.
