Rotary Punching Systems
Hill Engineering has also a wide array of rotary punching systems that suit a range of continuous pattern and high-speed applications such as building products and metal construction. Like any Hill Engineering equipment and tooling solution, rotary punching systems are available as stand-alone machinery or integrated with existing lines, used machinery, or as part of a turnkey Formtek system. Most Hill Engineering machines are placed in roll forming or tubing lines as a high-speed alternative to slower, more expensive press/feed operations. However, there are many applications such as general perforating and plastic perforating built as stand-alone machines. Rotary applications include in-line punching for drywall systems, rotary shearing machines, rotary punching machines, and Servo-driven, programmable punching systems for studs and joints to name a few.
