In response to the increasing world wide demand for small diameter (i.e., 0.188″ to 0.375″ OD) steel tube for both refrigeration and automotive purposes, Yoder can provide equipment for production of these tubes. Since 1992, complete Yoder Cold-Stretch Reduction Small Diameter W-10 / W-15 Tube Mill Systems have been supplied to Turkey, China (2 lines), South Africa, and the United States. This U.S. line may be the first new mill of its type installed domestically in the last fifteen years.
The goal of the Yoder Square Wave ERW Welder is to combine all the good things from both conventional AC welding and DC welding. This means a welder that’s as easy to maintain as an AC welder but delivers the performance of a DC welder.
Yoder Weld Boxes are available in standard and customer sizes, for existing mills or new installations. The wide range of Yoder Weld Boxes are designed for use with high frequency induction or contact welding, ERW, TIG, SAW and laser welding methods.
As the welding method and application requires, Yoder designs and builds 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6-roll and hybrid roll-shoe weld boxes for specific purpose, whether it is welding round or shapes.
Digital Readouts, motorized adjustment and inter-cooling is available, should the application require.
For unique applications, Yoder can provide Engineering designs for customer’s to manufacture their own weld boxes, as well as other machine accessories.
