Dahlstrom Cut-Off Presses

Dahlstrom Cut-Off Presses

Dahlstrom Cut-Off Presses can cut formed sections to required lengths in a flying die operation, so the roll forming machine never stops. This compact underslung design delivers the tonnage needed with the benefit of a small foot print.

Dahlstrom offers 4-post mechanical presses in punching and cutoff configurations from 4 tons to 80 tons. Each press is under-driven with an air clutch and brake that is electrically controlled for repeat and non-repeat single stroke operation. For flying dies and stationary applications (up to 80 tons), a Four-Post style press may provide the versatility and tonnage you need now and in the future.

Dahlstrom Four-Post Mechanical Presses

Dahlstrom Four-Post Mechanical Presses

Dahlstrom mechanical presses are a versatile, robust option for roll forming and flexible fabrication applications. Notch presses can pierce, notch, emboss or add other engineered features to the product, either before (pre-notch) or after (post-notch) the roll former, however the application may require. Cutoff presses can cut formed sections to required lengths in a flying die operation, so the roll forming machine never stops.
