Tishken Specialty Slitting Systems
Tishken Specialty Slitting Systems are a purpose designed and built solution for OEMs and service centers to produce narrow mults, specialty coil to coil product. These systems were designed for service critical applications including ferrous and non-ferrous materials with the following dimensions: incoming coils up 10” to 24″ wide, thicknesses ranging from 0.015” to 0.135,” and with coil weights up to 20,000 lbs. Additional features that may be offered include the option of quick change slitter heads and single or multiple recoilers with oscillate winding.

Tishken Speciality Slitting Systems can be configured with the following features, turret uncoilers, "injecta" slitting heads with multiple arbor sizes, tension stands for loop slitting, single and double recoiling sections, and ribbon and oscillate rewinding.
